The company’s proprietary cognitive AI framework takes the message from the user and runs it through different layers of its multilayered framework, enabling it to provide accurate answers instantly (within 0.5 seconds). While the first layer is built to provide auto suggestions through its autocomplete AI tool, the second layer is designed using Artificial Intelligence Markup Language to handle small talks. The third layer is built using NLP, where the user’s query is taken to find out the intent and the entity. Fourth layer is for Unsupervised Algorithm and the fifth layer is for Deep Learning.
